Task: Estimated time is 90 minutes. 1. Keep a record of what you eat and drink for 5 days. Include the following: • What? Keep a record of your physical activity for those 5 days. This should include all activity and inactivity in a 24 hour period, including sleep, driving, studying and all movement.
